Curtis Library Hosts Town Commons 300th Anniversary Exhibit

Curtis Library is proud to host an exhibit honoring the 300^th Anniversary of the Town Commons, developed by Jym St. Pierre, and the Town Commons Committee, in partnership with the Pejepscot Historical Society. 

Come discover the history of the Town Commons, learn how it inspired local authors and artists, and how it influenced municipal development. The Town Commons exhibit is part of the “A Walk in the Woods” Collaboratory exhibt. Learn about local ecology with participatory activities such as leaf rubbings, forest yoga, tree ring dating, bird identification, and more.
