The team at Vessel & Vine will be creating a four course meal highlighting crops grown by BTLT volunteers as well as African crops grown by members of the New Mainer community in Brunswick, all from the Tom Settlemire Community Garden.
Vessel and Vine’s coursed dinners use locally produced food, often highlight the culinary traditions of cultures from around the world, and include adult beverage pairings. Follow Vessel & Vines social media or sign up for their newsletter to learn more about the menu for the weekend.
The dinner series will take place on Vessel & Vine’s outdoor porch. The porch has heaters, but warm clothing is encouraged. Tickets are $100 (plus tax and gratuity) and include a $20 donation to BTLT.
