BOOKED FOR THE NIGHT: Food Writers and Local Flavors

The Curtis Contemporaries host their 4th annual BOOKED FOR THE NIGHT, an after-hours fundraiser throughout Curtis Memorial Library, in support of future programming and exhibits in the Collaboratory.

We are thrilled to welcome Ali Waks Adams, Executive Chef, The Brunswick Inn and Chef/Partner, Butter + Salt Pop-Up.  Chef Ali will be providing amazing local flavors, with additional tasting stations throughout the library
featuring local food and drink, paired with local food writers.

Moderation Brewing Company, Taverna Khione, El Camino Cantina/Salt Pine Social, Frontier and Maine Coast Fishermen’s Association are just a few of the early participants.

This event has sold-out the last few years.  Tickets available February 1st.  More details announced soon.
