We’re thrilled to welcome Breakwater Vineyards and Boothbay Craft Brewery to our next Beer vs. Wine Dinner in the Tavern.
Guests will be treated to four courses prepared by Chef David Pendexter, each one paired with both a beer and wine offering. Taste your way through them all and debate with your table mates the question of the night: beer or wine?

This year, we’re bringing in the finest Maine beverages from Breakwater Vineyards and Boothbay Craft Brewery and pairing them with our incredible Tavern fare. Chef Pendexter has prepared a four course menu, using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, to offer dishes ranging from deep fried Maine scallops with Brussels sprouts to locally caught grilled monkfish with a honey & mead glaze. Each course is paired with both a beer and a wine, and guests are encouraged to debate with their table mates the question of the night: beer or wine?
