Our Maine Pines kids’ tennis program uses USTA-approved red ball equipment—perfectly sized for young players to build confidence while learning the game. \nKids will develop hand-eye coordination\, learn proper tennis footwork\, build the basic skills and strategies of tennis\, and play in a game-based format that keeps it fun and engaging. \nWe meet on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 5:15 – 6:00 PM. \nWhether your child is brand-new to tennis or continuing to play\, this program is the perfect way to spark a lifelong love of the game. Come join the Maine Pines fun—we will see you on the court!

Whether you’re new to HIIT or a seasoned athlete\, Root to Rise meets you where you are and helps you rise stronger—physically and mentally! \nAbout your instructor:\nNicole is a fitness coach with over a decade of experience helping people move better\, feel stronger\, and live healthier lives. As a U.S. Air Force veteran\, she brings a unique blend of empathy\, motivation\, and real-life perspective to every workout—balancing challenge with compassion. A proud Ragnarian and triathlete\, Nicole believes movement should feel good\, not punishing. Her focus is on mindful\, functional movement that supports your everyday life—whether you’re chasing goals\, chasing kids\, or just trying to feel more like yourself.
