We’ll explore the four major grapes of the region and its history.  Light appetizers will be served to accompany the wines.   Two sessions\, with limited seating in each. \n\nTuesday:\nTuesday\, Nov 11 – CLASS: “HOW TO TASTE WINE” @ ENOTECA ATHENA – 4:30-5PM \n$20.00/pp\, tickets at Resy.com \nWhy do we sniff wine? What does the color mean?  What flavors should I expect?  Learn the techniques behind professional tasting with Sommelier\, Russell Hewey.  Ticket includes two sample pours of a white and red\, guided tasting platform\, and QandA.  Take these skills with you all week long! \nTuesday\, Nov 11 – TASTING: “LEGENDARY WINE & CHEESE” @ VESSEL & VINE – 5-7PM \nFREE\, no need to RSVP! \nPlease join us in welcoming our favorite cheese guy\, Nigel Lindgren – from Rogers Imports – for a fun evening of classic wine and cheese pairings\, focused on French and Spanish stylistic examples.
