Join us for this Yoga & Social Justice Mini Retreat at Electric Cottage Collective!
We’ll begin our time together getting embodied during a 60 minute Flow & Restore Yoga class, where we practice some slow flow yoga ending with longer, restorative postures to settle the nervous system. Then, for our May series, we’ll take some time to learn about spiritual bypassing, with a journal prompt introduced for participants to write about the connection that our yoga practice has to spiritual bypassing and social justice. Following our journaling exercise, the group will have time to connect through conversation about their experience with the journal prompt. Light refreshments will be provided!
