Upcycled Patch Making

Do you have clothes that have holes or stains or just are looking for a bit more excitement? Learn a simple and fun way to take old clothes and create super fun and whimsical patches to add pizzazz to any look. Good fabrics (old clothes), a bundle of scissors, and two sewing machines will be provided on site. By the end of the class you should have at least one patch to work with. We’ll also discuss a couple alternatives incase you love the craft but don’t have a sewing machine at home. Lets work together on reducing the fiber waste in this world and looking good while we do it!

A note from the teacher:
Hi I’m Cali! I have been experimenting with many different mediums of art since I was a wee bean. In the more recent years I have been more focused on up cycling clothing and crocheting. It’s been really fun to work with fabrics to give them a new life and inspire others to do the same!
