This class gives you a little taste of THREE types of Pilates we offer. You’ll spend 20 minutes on the Reformer, 20 minutes on the mat, and 20 minutes on the Chair experiencing three of our signature Pilates formats in one class.
Michaela, Olivia and Dana — three instructors, three styles, one really good hour of movement. Expect a smart, approachable flow that lets you feel the difference between equipment-based Pilates and mat work while still getting a full-body workout.
