1. Pick up a blank form in the Wild Oats entryway.
2. Fill out the locations of all 6 paper eggs in our bakery and answer the last question!
3. Make sure to also write your name and contact info so that we can contact you if you win!
4. Drop off your fully completed form in the Drop Off Bin in the Wild Oats Sandwich Pick-Up Area.
