❤️ Community Barre is a low-impact, energetic workout heavily influenced by Pilates and yoga, using body weight resistance, weights, a chair for balance, a yoga mat, and sometimes resistance bands. We’ll always be sure to incorporate a juicy stretch at the end to keep ourselves strong and flexible.
🤠 Community Barre is suited for all levels – we’ll provide modifications and variations for your individual needs and abilities, so that it’s accessible for most.
✨ This is a pay-what-you-can class from $0-$75. You can also use your regular class passes for this one. All payment for this class goes toward our class scholarship fund. The scholarship fund can be used by any student who asks for any classes or workshops, when funds are available.
Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds for this class.
