August 9th – Colonial Times Workshop: Making Home Goods

Join us in the historic Skolfield-Whittier Garden for this family friendly workshop exploring hands-on history. Pejepscot History Center summer intern, Olivia Moura, teaches participants several domestic skills that would have been useful in colonial households including how to create your own rag rug and making daily necessities such as soap or candles.

Olivia is a graduate student at Tufts University working on a Museum Education certificate.
