SASSMM Annual Golf Tournament

Join us Thursday, June 22nd for SASSMM’s 21st Annual Golf Tournament at the Brunswick Golf Club!

EVENT INFORMATION 
This year’s event will feature an 8AM shotgun start with a scramble format. Prizes will be awarded for many things including gross and net high scores, a putting contest, closest to the pin and more. Players can register as singles or teams of up to four. The tournament committee will form teams for those not playing in a foursome. 
 
ENTRY FEE: $100 per person. Includes: 18 holes of golf, cart, snacks and refreshments, participation gift, and opportunities to win fun prizes!
Please Note: The entry fee now includes a cart. Due to the nature of this tournament being a fundraiser and for the ease of the tournament hosts, discounts cannot be given for Brunswick Golf Club members or those who do not wish to use a cart.
Mulligan Package Add-On ($10): This package includes two mulligans, a chance to have the pro hit a shot for your team on the 9th hole, and the chance to win prizes in our putting contest.REGISTRATION: To register, please submit player information and payment to us by Friday, June 16th.

This year we do have an option for you to pay online. Points of View Artists open their 2023 season with new work for a new year.  Coming into spring and summer brings us Into the Light from the darker days of winter. 

Reception: Friday, June 9; 5-7 pm.

Free Exhibit - ROBERT McCLOSKEY: The Art of Wonder

Curtis Memorial Library is hosting a free exhibit of nearly 70 original illustrations from Robert McCloskey’s iconic Maine-based children’s books – ONE MORNING IN MAINE, TIME OF WONDER, BURT DOW DEEP-WATER MAN, and turning 75 this year . . . BLUEBERRIES FOR SAL, as well as the Boston classic MAKE WAY FOR DUCKLINGS.
 
The exhibit is open during library hours, and includes special programming throughout, including readings from Sal McCloskey herself, and drawing workshops led by co-presenters the Illustration Institute.  Supported by the STK Foundation, Sherman’s Maine Coast Book Shops, L.L.Bean and Bath Savings Bank. After School Inclusive Music

After School Music with 317 Main Community Music Center*

Children will use their bodies, voices, and a variety of instruments to explore rhythms and musical concepts such as pitch, tempo, and dynamics. They will play as a group and have individual activities using new songs and familiar favorites.

FREE and open for children pre-k through elementary ages accompanied by a parent, guardian, or trusted adult.
