MSMT's Turn Up the Limelight Campaign
In January, MSMT is launching the Turn Up The Limelight campaign. Our goal is to raise $500,000 by the end of the 2023 season. As a part of this campaign, we will be shedding some “limelight” on what it takes to produce Broadway-quality theatre in Brunswick, Maine with backstage tours, exclusive interviews with our annual and production staff, and inside looks at the MSMT production process. Maine Street Mania Scavenger Hunt!A Downtown Scavenger Hunt! Discover fun facts and products at the participating businesses all while exploring Downtown Brunswick! The hunt encourages residents and visitors to stop at businesses and landmarks throughout the downtown area to find answers to the clues using an online form.

Maine Street Mania is a 2-week promotion designed to increase awareness of the variety of businesses and merchandise available in downtown Brunswick.

Pop-up Contemporary Art ExhibitNo. 3 is a pop-up contemporary art exhibit in Brunswick, Maine, organized and curated by Lights Out Gallery in collaboration with the Frank Brockman Gallery. The show will open at the Frank Brockman Gallery opening Thursday, March 2nd, 5-9 pm, and running thru Sunday, April 2nd, 2023.
This show will feature 5 artists from Maine who are all at different stages in their careers, Lynn Duryea, a sculptor and ceramist as well as a founding trustee of Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, Ollie Solomitz, an architect, painter and sculptor based in Western Maine, Mark Little, a Brunswick based painter, sculptor and curator, and Lynn Barr a writer-turned sculptor and installation artist.

Growing Literacy: Winter Garden WorkshopsPlease join us for our annual Winter Garden Workshop series: Growing Literacy. Every winter, the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust offers this series of workshops to engage with the community, support the Tom Settlemire Community Garden, and offer skill-building exercises for gardeners of all abilities. These workshops are a wonderful opportunity to learn from master gardeners and experts on a variety of gardening subjects. This year we are proud to host six talks through collaboration with Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust, Growing to Give and Curtis Memorial Library. Two of these talks will be on local farms, three on Zoom, and one in-person at Curtis Memorial Library. Bring your curiosity, questions, and join us!
