Learn to Play Tennis Adult 1231-2-3 adult tennis at Maine Pines is geared toward the beginning player or player returning to tennis. It includes 3 weeks of lessons designed to instruct the player in all aspects of the game. For the month-long program, it includes a court fee membership with free weekend scheduled court time, a complimentary cardio tennis class, a social mixer, and free fitness membership during the month. Players can purchase a discounted ball machine pass for $50. Select a session that meets for 3 consecutive weeks on either Saturdays at 10am, Tuesdays at 9am, or Wednesdays at 6pm. Mascoma Bank Nature Series at AOEC with Sparks' ArkSPARKS’ ARK at AOEC | SEPTEMBER 21, 10:30 – 11:30
Josh, from Sparks’ Ark, is a licensed animal damage control agent which allows him to address human wildlife conflicts through education as well as removal/relocation of problem wildlife when necessary. Josh also takes unwanted and abandoned exotics and gives them a home so they are not released or euthanized. In return, he travels the state with some of the rescues education people on their care and sharing his animal encounter stories. This session with Sparks’ Ark will be exactly that, Josh bringing his animal rescues to the AOEC Brunswick and sharing his stories. Open to all ages and abilities. $5 to attend.

Kids Orange Ball Tennis Ages 8-11Kids Orange Ball Tennis (Ages 8-11) at Maine Pines uses USTA approved 60’ courts and orang balls. Our certified pros will teach tennis skills and strategies through game based drills, as well as footwork patterns and coordination. Players will have fun while learning to play, enjoying the game right from the start! Meets Monday and/or Wednesdays from 5-6 pm. COST: 1 day/week = $40, 2 days/week = $65, 3 months/1 day = $110, 3 months/2 days = $180.

Kids Red Ball Tennis Ages 4-7Maine Pines Red Ball Tennis uses USTA approved red ball equipment. This program teaches young players hand eye coordination, tennis footwork and the basic skills and strategies of the game. Kids ages 4-7 will have fun while learning to play in a game based format.
