Bioblitz at the Blueberry Sandplain Grassland

Help guide Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust’s management of the Blueberry Sandplain Grassland at Crystal Spring Farm! Join us to observe, photograph, identify, and catalogue as many species as we can over the course of a morning in this rare habitat. You don’t need to be an expert to contribute – just come with an observant eye and a curious mind! There will be an optional birding outing at 7 am and an optional tutorial to help participants download their data to Naturalist at 1 pm.

We will meet at the Tom Settlemire Community Garden located at the end of Maurice Drive in Brunswick. All are welcome, but participants younger than 18 should be accompanied by an adult.

Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, and a digital camera or smartphone.
