FREE Training Session through Training for a Cause

Join us for a FREE training session, with donation to Midcoast Humane, at a time that is best for your schedule.

We would love to meet you, learn more about your health & fitness goals, and have you experience a group personal training session with us.

Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is a FREE community designed to get kids moving, learning, and living healthier!

Join us at the Landing YMCA in Brunswick or at the Bath Area Family YMCA for some fun activities! This includes community booths, face painting, yoga, a photo booth, an obstacle course, healthy snacks, and more!

Maine Bird Atlas Workshop

Join the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust for a workshop to develop your birdwatching skills to support The Maine Bird Atlas, an effort to survey and map the distribution and abundance of breeding and wintering birds in Maine. This workshop will teach the importance of understanding bird populations, while giving participants the tools to claim a site, add their site to the Maine Bird Atlas, and help with this important citizen science project.

Hats Off to St. John's - 2019 Annual Auction

Join St. John’s Catholic School at their 2019 Annual Auction on Saturday, April 27, 2019. There will be raffles, a silent auction and a live auction with Auctioneer John Bottero. The meal will be a farm to table dinner and there will be a cash bar. You can purchase your tickets on line at or call to reserve at 207-725-5507.

All proceeds will be used for student scholarships and general operations of SJCS. When you purchase your ticket, mention this ad and that you are a member of the BDA to receive a voucher for $100 off your next event scheduled at our new St. John’s Community Center!

Trek Across Maine Benefit Concert

The Trek Across Maine Benefit Concert is a fundraiser to support Mid Coast–Parkview Health’s 2019 Trek Across Maine team.

The Trek Across Maine is an annual multi-day cycling event benefitting the American Lung Association, and for the first time this year, its new route will begin and end in Brunswick.

The concert will feature live music by Brunswick band Life Sentence. Life Sentence members include current and former Mid Coast–Parkview Health physicians Irl Rosner, MD, Scott Mills, MD, John Parker, MD, Nick Hyde, MD, and Bill Stamey, MD, along with Randy Shaw.
