Living Well with Diabetes presented by Healthy Living for ME

Six-week free workshop open to individuals living with diabetes and their caregivers, friends and family. Developed by Stanford University, participants learn variety of day-to-day management skills to manage diabetes and manage and/or increase life’s activities in order to lead active and fulfilling lives.

Adult Tennis 123 Program

Have you always wanted to learn the lifetime sport of tennis? Or, did you used to play and you would like to come back? This is the clinic for you! Tennis 123 at Maine Pines is a great way to learn all the strokes in a 3 week session. You will also get free weekend court time and a free cardio tennis class. The class will meet (your choice) one of the following: Tuesdays 9-10 am, Wednesdays 6-7  pm, or Saturdays 10-11am. Come for 3 weeks on your chosen session to learn this great sport! We have rackets you can borrow as well.

Is he paranoid, delusional, and a malingerer, or is he a highly trained operative suffering trauma from years in the trenches? Will he recover, and stop “losing time,” or will they come for him in the night? The staff of the Cumberland Clinic search for answers, but each new discovery only deepens the mystery. Directed by Mad Horse Founding Member, Michael Rafkin.
