Healthy Weight for a Lifetime Information Session

Mid Coast Hospital’s Healthy Weight for a Lifetime program (formerly Center for Weight & Lifestyle Change) focuses on creating a long-term solution for weight loss by addressing the emotional, physical, and nutritional issues contributing to obesity. The next 12-week program begins April 13.

Members of the community are invited to learn firsthand about the Healthy Weight for a Lifetime program at a free information session on Tuesday, March 28 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mid Coast Hospital’s Medical Office Building, 121 Medical Center Drive, Suite 2200 in Brunswick. The information session offers a complete program overview and open discussion with program staff to determine whether the program is a good fit.Healthy Weight for a lifetime logo

For those struggling with weight loss, diets by themselves do not result in long lasting change. The physician-supervised program will help participants create a foundation to ensure sustained success and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. This 12-week program is set apart due to the multidisciplinary approach that includes nutrition counseling, behavioral health, and exercise coaching.
