Here is the deal. Black Bridge CrossFit is doing a boot camp program. It starts in the new year and goes for 6 weeks.
We will have a nutrition template for you to follow and a workout schedule.
We will doing three classes a week at 6:30 pm
We will have a weigh-in once a week and go over your food logs and work on your plan for the following week, and see what needs changing and tweaking.
Starts in the new year (Jan 1st) and goes into February.
It will cost $179.00

We require all of our new athletes, regardless of fitness level, to go through our Fundamentals program.
If you are a seasoned CrossFitter (CrossFitting for more than 6 months) from another gym you will not be required to retake our fundamentals program.
Our comprehensive fundamentals program takes you through the following:
• Familiarization with the basic Olympic Lifts.
• Familiarization with CrossFit vernacular and acronyms.
• You will learn how to work out and do it well.
• Proficiency with the basics of CrossFit so that we can prepare you for the regular classes.
