Here is the deal. Black Bridge CrossFit is doing a boot camp program. It starts in the new year and goes for 6 weeks.
We will have a nutrition template for you to follow and a workout schedule.
We will doing three classes a week at 6:30 pm
We will have a weigh-in once a week and go over your food logs and work on your plan for the following week, and see what needs changing and tweaking.
Starts in the new year (Jan 1st) and goes into February.

Junior Kids Tennis is a fast growing lifetime sport! Have your kids join us at Maine Pines on the court for fun games and drills as they learn to play tennis.
Preschool kids meet Thurs from 11:45-12:30, kids ages 4-7 meet on Mon and/or Wed from 4-5, kids ages 8-11 meet on Mon and/or Wed from 5-6.
Middle School kids meet on T/Th/Fri from 4-5 pm
High School kids meet on T/Th/Fri from 3-4.
Costs vary based on program, but ranges from $40-$69/month. We also offer Saturday Jr. Tennis for kids ages 11-18 and Learn to Rally Saturday tennis for kids ages 4-11.

Peter Ralston, co-founder of the Island Institute and owner of Ralston Gallery, is an intrepid photo-journalist and talented story-teller. He is best known for his images of Maine’s coastal environment and remote island communities. This past summer, with camera in hand, he ventured to West Greenland and the central Canadian Arctic for the first time. In a richly illustrated talk he will share his first impressions of the region and its people.

Each month, the Maine Songwriter’s Association presents Songwriters on Stage, a showcase of some of the best songwriters Maine has to offer. The show features three seasoned performers and an emerging songwriter to kick the evening off. It’s an opportunity for listeners to discover new music or come hear local favorites in one of the best listening rooms in Maine. The February concert features Ruth Hill, Carter Ruff, Seth Gallant, with emerging artist John Cross.
