We will be hosting a Nutrition Challenge for members of BBCF at a charge of $39 and non members (friends and family that may want to join in) for $79. It’s a 30 day challenge and then after that we will have a maintenance plan to follow.
We will all meet together the first day of the challenge and go over what we will be doing for the food plan and how we will be tracking your progress. We will have weekly meeting for us to go over your food logs and weigh-in and go over the next week’s battle-plan. We will get a template and food log for you to have to keep track of what you eat, drink, sleep.
We will talk about what foods to eat, when to eat them and what times. Also we will talk about exercise and recovery at our weekly meetings.

Here is the deal. Black Bridge CrossFit is doing a boot camp program. It starts in the new year and goes for 6 weeks.
We will have a nutrition template for you to follow and a workout schedule.
We will doing three classes a week at 6:30 pm
We will have a weigh-in once a week and go over your food logs and work on your plan for the following week, and see what needs changing and tweaking.
Starts in the new year (Jan 1st) and goes into February.
