Brunswick Outdoor Arts Gourmet Food/Specialty Products Application 2020

PLEASE READ as the requirements have changed:

This will be the Brunswick Downtown Association’s (BDA) 14th Annual Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival to be held on August 15, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The BDA, is a 501C3 non-profit organization. The purpose of this show is to foster an appreciation, interest and exposure to the arts in Downtown Brunswick. 

The Town Mall is limited to Demo Artisans & Gourmet Food Products/Specialty Products (ie apothocaries, soaps, etc) only. 

Insurance: All vendors participating in the Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival are required to have insurance coverage naming the Brunswick Downtown Association as Additional Insured. For per-event coverage option starting at $49, visit –  (see page 2 of the app for Additional Insured option) or contact your Insurance Agent for guidance.   • Required for all Gourmet Food Product & Speciality Products: Booth fee* of $150 OR 15% of sales (gross). To be paid to the BDA within 30 days of the event. *Fee includes marketing benefits: listing on with image and link, listing in Times Record newspaper insert, inclusion in press releases, & social media posts.

    Commercial general liability policies will be required to be considered for acceptance to the Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival. Use this upload to provide Certificate of Liability, naming Brunswick Downtown Association as ADDITIONAL INSURED.
