FIORE will officially unveil their Italian collection of 2016 Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oils. These are the freshest olive oil
s on the planet. Pat O’Brien will introduce the harvest and provide background on the growers while explaining proper tasting techniques and applications for use. All of FIORE olive oils and balsamic vinegars will be available for tasting and purchase at a special discounted rate for the evening.
FIORE will provide tasty bites prepared with FIORE oils and balsamics by local chefs. Refreshments will be served. Door prizes will be raffled off during the evening.
