Adult Tennis Beginner 123

Looking to learn the sport of a lifetime? Played before but haven’t picked up a racket in awhile? Adult Tennis 123 is perfect for you!

You will learn all tennis strokes over the course of a month. Session start the beginning of each month; choose from one of the following: Tues. 9-10am, Wed. 6-7pm, or Sat. 10-11am. Cost is $55 and includes free court time on the weekends, a free cardio tennis class, a free social tennis mixer, and more! There is an option to join fitness and yoga as well.

Living Well Adult Day Program

Experience our wonderful way of life!

This program is Monday – Friday, 9 am-4 pm. There is a fee of $95.00 per day with a minimum of 3 days a week. With limited space.

Winter Wisdom Lecture Series: The Art of Acadia

A historical survey of the arts and artists of the Acadia region. This talk will include the role of the visual arts in the American Conservation movement and connecting threads to both the art and conservation of the Katahdin region as well.  David Little received his B.A. degree summa cum laude from Southampton College in 1974; his M.A. degree in 1975 and M.F.A. degree in 1976 from the University of Iowa. He attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 1981 and 1982. He has received fellowships at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts (1989, 1990), Carina House on Monhegan Island (1998), and Great Spruce Head Island Art Week (2007). He is the author of several books and articles as well as exhibitor of his own works.

Living Well with Diabetes

Living Well with Diabetes-the tools you need to take back control. This 6-week workshop series is held Wednesdays from January 24 through February 21, 2018 from 2- 4:30 p.m. at Sunnybrook, 340 Bath Road, Brunswick in the Multipurpose Room. Living Well with Diabetes is facilitated by trained community leaders. The workshop is open to individuals living with diabetes, as well as their caregivers, family member, and friends.Sunnybrook Brunswick, Me logo
Through this proven program developed by Stanford University and supported by Spectrum Generations and the New England Quality Innovation Network, participants will learn a variety of necessary day-to-day skills needed to actively manage their diabetes leading to more active and fulfilling lives.

Tennis for Kids

Have your kids join us on the court to learn the sport of a lifetime!

Kids will play fun games as they learn skills and strategies. RED BALL (ages 4 1/2-7) meets Mondays and/or Wednesday from 4:15-5pm.

Cost is $40/1 day/week for a month; $65/2 days/week for a month. ORANGE BALL meets Mon and/or Wed from 5-6pm, same cost. To register call 729-8433 or email jason.terry718@gmail.com. See you on the courts!
