Adult Tennis Beginner 123

Looking to learn the sport of a lifetime? Played before but haven’t picked up a racket in awhile? Adult Tennis 123 is perfect for you!

You will learn all tennis strokes over the course of a month. Session start the beginning of each month; choose from one of the following: Tues. 9-10am, Wed. 6-7pm, or Sat. 10-11am. Cost is $55 and includes free court time on the weekends, a free cardio tennis class, a free social tennis mixer, and more! There is an option to join fitness and yoga as well.

Living Well Adult Day Program

Experience our wonderful way of life!

This program is Monday – Friday, 9 am-4 pm. There is a fee of $95.00 per day with a minimum of 3 days a week. With limited space.

Tennis for Juniors (JDP)

Junior Tennis at Maine Pines offers a complete developmental progression for all levels! Jr. High players meet from 4-5 pm on Tues, Thurs and Fri. High School players meet from 3-4 pm same days. Studio 48 Performing Arts Center is launching a new program for Toddlers starting the week of November 6, 2017.

  • Mondays- Twinkle Star Dance 2-3 pm,  Tumble Tots  3-4 pm  Petite Ballet (ages 5-8) 4-5 pm
  • Tuesdays- Creative Movement   3:45-4:30 pm

  • Wednesdays – Twinkle Star Dance  2-3 pm,  Tumble Tots 3-4 pm
  • Fridays –   November 10-December 22  ( 6 week program),   Fairy Tale Theater  1:20-2:30 pm
  • Fridays –  January 12-February 16, 2018  (6 week program),  Tiny Tot String Class   1:30-2:30 pm
  • Saturdays-  Broadway Baby Class  9:15-10 am

Food for Health: Fatty Liver Disease: Causes and Cure

Food for Health is offered free monthly. It provides cooking demonstrations and education showing how chronic diseases can be prevented, treated, and even reversed with a plant-based diet for an overall healthier lifestyle.

On Tuesday, January 16, join us at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness for a cooking demonstration and discussion entitled Fatty Liver Disease: Causes and Cure.
