Join us for Adult Tennis 123! It’s perfect for the player who is new to the game or coming back after a break!
Cost is $55 for a month and includes 3 lessons, free weekend court time, all fitness and yoga classes, etc!
The session time choices are: Tues. 9-10 am, Wed. 6-7 pm, and Sat. 10-11 am. It meets for 3 sequential weeks starting the beginning of each month. Classes are a lot of fun and we hope you will join us!

Food for Health: Prevent & Treat Heart Disease with Diet
Mid Coast Hospital‘s Food for Health program offers FREE plant-based cooking demonstration & education to inspire you to a healthier lifestyle. In this monthly program, Timothy Howe, MD, and Sheryl McWilliams, MPH, RN, show how chronic diseases can be prevented, treated, and even reversed with a plant-based diet.
The next session, Prevent & Treat Heart Disease with Diet will be held April 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brunswick Seventh-day Adventist Church, 333 Maine Street, Brunswick.
