Junior Kids Tennis is a fast growing lifetime sport! Have your kids join us at Maine Pines on the court for fun games and drills as they learn to play tennis.
Preschool kids meet Thurs from 11:45-12:30, kids ages 4-7 meet on Mon and/or Wed from 4-5, kids ages 8-11 meet on Mon and/or Wed from 5-6.
Middle School kids meet on T/Th/Fri from 4-5 pm
High School kids meet on T/Th/Fri from 3-4.
Costs vary based on program, but ranges from $40-$69/month. We also offer Saturday Jr. Tennis for kids ages 11-18 and Learn to Rally Saturday tennis for kids ages 4-11.

For the 10th year in a row, the owners and staff of Henry and Marty Restaurant and Catering have generously offered to host the Dinner to Fight Hunger, a benefit for Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program. We hope you will join us on Monday, March 27th for a delicious meal, with 100% of the proceeds going towards MCHPP’s programs. Last year’s event raised over $7,000, bringing the nine year grand total to more than $57,000.
The meal costs $50 per person (drinks and gratuity not included), and reservations can be made by calling Henry and Marty at 207-721-9141. Space sells out quickly, so we highly recommend making your reservation today.

· Wednesday March 22nd at 10:00 am – Zumba Fitness with Bea!
Zumba is a choreograph fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States.
Our instructor Liza May, has been teaching Hip Hop for over 8 years, and now incorporates jazz, modern and contemporary into her sassy, empowering style.
Liza’s professional training includes, but is not limited to: -Broadway Theater and Dance workshop in New Mexico, Broadway Dance Center in New York, Choreographer & Co-Artistic Director for Gemini Dance Company and Choreographer & Principal Dancer Resurgence Dance Company Maine

Tony Dance Fiesta (TDF) AKA “Fiesta Fitness” is a Dance Program that gives you a great fitness result. Unlike many other fitness programs using dance steps and choreography; TDF uses 80% music of Latin flair and 20% multicultural. TDF is NOT choreographed there are no tricky combinations that are difficult to follow. You will get to see and practice the routines in every class. You can follow this class without knowing a single dance step! If you hate to work out, but love to dance… Join the Fiesta!!!!
· Monday March 27th at 5:30 pm – Fiesta Infierno with Tony!
This class is 45 minutes of high energy Fiesta Fitness class, with very little break and extra workout! Fiesta Infierno is never boring and changes daily to keep it interesting with a love for great music at its peak. This class is for everybody, gender, age and shape… you will go at your own pace, just like you would in a dance club. This is a cardio workout that never gets boring.
